Design and plasma cut your ideas from mild steel, stainless steel or aluminum anywhere from 0.5 millimeters to half inch thick plate.
STEP 1:
First thing we need is the design, which needs to be sent to us as a CAD file such as a “.dxf” file. This file is used to create the G-code that operates the plasma cutter, please be sure the dimensions in your design are the dimensions you need in the final product.
*** If you are not able to send the design as a CAD file, a sketch/drawing with all dimensions included can be sent and we can design the part in our software for a fee. ***
STEP 2:
Let us know anything about the design that we can do to help with the final product.
Examples: Bends, tapped holes, sand blast, painted, powder coated, etc.
Depending on the request, some options may not be available for the design.
